各位同胞们，我在加州，我和房客有一年的合约(01/12/2013------01/11/2014)因为他们越住人越多，我于12/12/2013发了封不继续租房的RETURN REC LETTER. 这个月的房租没收到， 房客说找不到合适的房子要住到01/15/2014-----过了合约上的日期了！我想请问各位： 会不会给我找麻烦啊？ （没有合约）我该咋整呢？ 谢谢给些法律上的建议！！！
