我现在的处境跟普朗克当年一模一样。一点差别是，我连论文都不能发表。

This paper is not worthy of publication on the PASJ because the paper is
far from the form as scientific manus.
If you still would like to submit the paper to another journal,
you had better to revise carefully the paper to explain what
is the rationality in the paper (the meaning is not understandable)
and logically represent the connection between galaxy structures
and dust formation processes.
