多谢，请问need blind 的大学， 如果拿到need blind scholarship, 就等同FA了吗?

比如拿到duke need blind scholarship, 意思就是自家付不了的那部分学费，duke 会全付。

这种情况需要申请merit based scholarship吗?

merit based scholarship里 付一半学费的会减少needbased scholarship, 

merit based 里面直接给钱的也会减少need based scholarship吗?
