芸豆先用油炒一下凉透了再拌小肉丁进去,面也是发起来了,其实包好的包子在锅里出锅前就蛮好,也是等了五分钟后开盖儿,还是塌陷了~
只一次,馅儿搁少了,貌似跟我妈在国内包的很像了就~~所以,我一般只做死面的,因为还是喜欢馅儿多面少的,然后压扁用电饼铛煎成盒子~
