这几天各种恐慌性新闻铺天盖地,10有78您的小心脏在7上8下。很多事情是咱们控制不了的。但是也有能够控制的,那就是偶们自个。俺的建议是:既要小心谨慎,也不必担惊受怕。憋恐慌,憋捉鸡,给自己增加不必要的心理负担。与其杞人忧天,还不如整点有用的,增强自己的免疫力。最终,病毒还要靠自己的免疫力来杀死。咱们的免疫力也不是吃素的。调理好了免疫力,毒来杀毒,菌来灭菌。这才靠谱!
