老中能做上市大公司高级管理工作吗？若能，如何准备？

我是指60s、70s的老中－有一定的语言、文化的障碍，但技术、管理能力、及较强的经济头脑，我是指企业管理－总经理级以上的工作，而不是技术性强的是。别怪我，想当初学英语是为了考试，而不是为了用、为了交流、为了说。看看大家怎说！
