It's not that simple, the question is actually about do you really want somebody put serious consideration on that whatsoever. (what folks call that? -- resume?)

Then,

If somebody has no intention even to declare his identity (including a true address), then why that good man deserves an intention of serious consideration?

I'm not going to comment on other stuff, as they just relate to the simple things (ah, may b common things):

1. Confuse people by making wired assumptions;
2. Waste time by not intending.
