简历往哪儿投？

投了几份简历，都是从网上找到，然后或者投到相关的email，或者到公司网站，进apply online。这种投法总觉得收效甚微，不知道自己的申请被积压到哪里。请大家说说，大家简历都怎么投的？怎么能找到相关部门的负责人。
