孕29周，今天被layoff了，last day是due date 前两周,有什么办法

今早被 老 板 通 知 ， 让 我 在 公 司 内 部 找 工 作 ，一 是 现 在 没 什 么 OPEN， 而 且 哪 个 职 位 会 要 我 这 怀 孕 29周 的 孕 妇。 LAST DAY 是 九 月 底 ， 我 的 预 产 期 十 月 初。 怎 么 能 要 求 公 司 把 LAST DAY 推 后 两 周 呢 ？ 是 自 己 和 HR？公 司 交 涉 还 是 直 接 找 EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY 呢？我是我 们 组 唯 一 的 女 的，这 次 只 有 我 被 雷 ， 这 能 算 性 别 歧 视吗？

BTW,我在fortune 前 50 的 大 公 司 ，而且performance rating 一 直 是 strong.我 在 德 州。 谢 谢 ！
