背景是：
几个猎头说我的工资偏少依现在的工作性质。公司还在裁员。他们给我在原有的工作上加了新的活。原来的就拿少了，现在还在加量。所以在想问老板要多的钱。我的工作现在外面有招人的。不过比较远。不想跑太远。但愿他们理智一点给我加了，我就不用再琢磨了。
