So it means -- practically: the unemployment should still pay you, given that you satisfy either of the two conditions.
However, again:), we understand you won't be able to continue to reside in the state where you used to reside:). Can we still look at this in a positive way? -- that's the thing which only matters where the check should be mailed to you, why don't you have your roommate/landlord/caretaker in the same address pick up the check mailed from the state and mail it to you? (Are dollars forbidden in your country?)
