In reality there are not many leader/manager openings for everyone, I think your thoughts are reasonable and real "其实知道每个人有每个人的长处，有人善于做领导，有人做码工也很自得其乐"，but you don't have to say "因为不善于同各种上下人等打交道，不善于上拍下哄的" instead, you can say because you like enjoying life after work which makes it sound more positive and no judgement to those who are good at working with people...
