I had an onsite interview yesterday. 心情郁闷
the first two interviewer were HR and IT director, the conversation went smoothly and happily...
but then , final one is the technical interview...Interviewer was a Indian Guy who has been with the company for 3 years, 颇有些居高临下的感觉. for example:
he asked a question, then I tried my best to answer, and my answer is a pretty typical solution...but he keeps digging to ask what other way you have? what other way you can think of? You understand my question???
I said :" yeah, I understand your questions, but xxx as I have said is the typical solution I can think of immediately..:"..
then he keeps digging,,,digging...
我终于有些不耐烦了...就问:" sorry, I really can't think of other ways of solving it...do you know the answer? would you mind let me know ?"
他低下,头, 窃笑了一下, 然后说:" yes, I know the answer, but I am asking you how...not you ask me.."
当时听了有点火了...还是耐心弄完interview回家.
大家觉得这样的人是不是和他共事会比较麻烦? job description clearly said this position will work closely with him. Even though the same reporting rank.
我现在被 layoff 了, 暂时也没别的工作, 这样一来就看不惯, 是不是找工态度不够端正呀?

我也是经常这么面试别人的,因为想看对方的思路和分析能力,不一定要正确答案,思路也有用。发脾气的就算了。
