原則上  Section 203-d of the New York Labor Laws 要求僱主與可能的僱主未經當事人的許可或是正式的法院命令不能外流下列的資料給任何人或是法人

  • Social Security numbers (“SSNs”)
  • Home address or telephone numbers
  • Personal e-mail addresses
  • Internet user IDs and passwords
  • Driver’s license numbers
  • Parents’ last names prior to marriage
  •  
  • 所以您應該可以要求這家公司歸還您所填寫的申請資料或是銷毀這些已經收集的資料
