最后一轮面试由On-site 改为 video conference, 怎么看？

5，6 个人的小公司， 我需要relocate. 

改的原因是too laborous for me and no available flight. 的确比较远，6AM depart and 9pm arrive with 1 stop and 5 hours layover time. 

我认为因为是在其它州， 做决定前无论如何应该看一下公司和地方环境。 虽然公司在的地方比较出名，也不会有大的差错。

各位如何看？
