湾曲码工是不是base salary 15万就到顶了？

10+ yr exp 湾曲码工, 搞high tech, 是不是base salary 15万就到顶了？注意，我说的是base salary, 什么stock,bouns 之类的不算。 最近想换工作，没有公司愿意开 >15万的, 猎头最多也只能开15万。很失望，没想到才30几岁就碰到天花板了。 是不是搞技术的，想超过15万就得往上爬？当manager管人？
