请问老土：有关exit interview等事宜

提出辞呈后，人事第二天发来邮件要约exit interview的时间，并附了exit questionnaire要在面谈前填好发给人事。我的问题是这个辞职调查表是否会给小老板看？ 人事说调查表不会给任何人看的，但谁能相信呢？

我一同事说不会，另一个说会的。我想问一下，你有没有看到过你的下属辞职填写的exit interview 调查表？
