are quite universal for everyday work place. if needs to be a bit mroe dress-up, work on the quality of shirts, pants and shoes. add nice cuff links etc the little details. A blazer without tie is oen step up, but not too much, still in the casual world. I think a tie is an overkill unless you will see customers everyday. then you have to add a blazer as well.
