Use every question to sell yourself, is the goal for the interview.

All his answer did do any selling for himself, instead, he only talkded why he need the job. (Actually there are many many other people need thejob, need the $$).

Therefore, he is waste his time and chance for this interview.

He is still in 初级水平 about interview questions.
