I am going to apply for the position in company B where I have worked for 7 years before I have joined the company A. Here are the answers to those tough questions:

Why I left the company A. 

I was let go.

 Why you were let go？

To be honest, even now I didn't fully understand why my boss has released me so quickly. There were rate implementation errors made by the girl who does the rate implementation work for each quarter. My boss thinks I should be responsible for the errors since I didn’t check her work. The structure and the responsibility at xx x is not very clear. The girl doesn’t report to me. Her project status was always reported back to my boss and then my boss forwarded the e-mail to me. I have reviewed her work if her work was part of my final result. But I have thought I am responsible for her implementation work since it was a very standalone process.  As usual, the girl sent out the rates to the business partners without copying me in the e-mail but with my boss in the e-mail. But she did forward the sent e-mail to me separately. Maybe I was not proactive enough in asking what my work relationship with that girl and what I suppose to review. Maybe I am the scapegoat since it did cause some negative business impact.

But I am glad that I would have an opportunity to explore job in an environment that is congenial, structured and team-oriented, where my best talents can shine and make a substantial contribution.

I believe that my good record at company B in the passt 7 years would prove that I am a good employee. I believe that my prior managers at company B will put good words on me.
