face to face面好呢，还是phone interview

前两天面试，本来见三个人，Hiring manager, 2 SENIOR TEAMERS,可是Hiring manager病了，由另外一组的成员代面的。本来以为没见到HM，没戏了。结果今天收到电话说，HM想和我phone interview，估计那个senior team member挺看好我，他向HM推荐我了。我是和HM face to face面好呢，还是phone interview
