口头 offer 比 interview 时说的低，怎么办？

刚收到HR的email,offer 比interview 时HR说的低，问我接不接受？我的experience 是

exceed job requirement, 这是HM告诉我的。我该怎么办？现在工作这么难找，这是唯一

的offer。我是要求她把正式offer 发过来，再nigotiate,还是现在就写email给HM?
