断断续续地面试了一批interviewees

还是摸不透HM喜欢哪一个.

前几个月找工作一直是坐在几个面试官面前被面试，现在换了自己坐在桌子的另一端，边问问题，边记录.从人事的角度看面试者，看出了很多问题.

不过老俗是外貌协会的颜控，就这点，看人难免偏差.有HR经验的，出来交流一下吧.
