interview归来，同时请教export license

多谢各位的鼓励，看了一下上次发的帖子居然有9000多点击率。今天下午准时赴约最后一轮面试（3rd round on-site interview)，第一位谈的是Technical Marketing Director,正好问了我非常擅长的问题，相谈甚欢。第二位是HM,见面第一句话就是“I can move forward to make an offer for you”，中间还抽空出题让我做了个头脑风暴，聊了聊公司状况和工作安排，最后还强调了一遍“I can move forward to make an offer for you”。看来成的可能性比较大了。最后的HR又问了expectation等问题，提到需要办Export License可能需要两个月。

我好像听说有绿卡不需要办Export License,有这回事吗？如果需要办的话，一般多长时间？有被据的可能吗？
