因为是内部的平级transfer，我按程序必须告诉老板。老板听完和我说了几点
１。希望我留下
２。可以理解我要寻找更好的发展机会
３。明年会给我升级
听上去都是官话。我要真的连他们的升级都不要，跳到其他部门去，可以说是a slap in the face。老板对我很好。我得想办法不burn bridge here。但也不想burn bridge with the other dept。。。
