Relocation or not, totally depends

If you want to relocate to another cisty, if some company offer you the job and the relocation fee, and all the decision makers of your family agree to move, then, this is a good chance to move. This means move for the family, not for the work. Why not?

On the other hand, if all the family members do not want to move, in this case, better try to find a local job, or find a job in your dream city.
