I got after interview call, confused,

Two weeks ago, I had an interview and got a call this Wednesday. The HR staff leave a message told me she wish to give me a job, but I did not get the position I was interviewed. But she still thinking about me and want to discuss with me to see what can come up. she said she will call me next day to give me some advice.

I replied her a email to thank her consideration and left a message next day. But so far she has not called me.

XDJMs, could you tell me, how I could interpreted this information? She want offer me another position? part time position? or just a ploite refusion.
