第二次面试我问的问题

1. what is your corporation culture
2. what is your management style(问hiring manager的）
3. what would be my first priorities upon starting
4. what would be my long term goal
5. how do you measure performance in this position
6. besides xxx, who are the key person I would have contact in the company (第一次面的时候，提到我将要和xxx组成一个team)
7. what major challenges do you see about this industry and this company in the years ahead? （我就是想看看他们自己有没有信心，然后将来会不会经济不好裁员）
8. when you look at people who have been sucessful here, what tend to be their strength? For people don't work out well are there any common themes?

以上是我列的问题，中间面试的过程中，根据他们说的话，也有些提问的。那个太具体了，意义不大。
