Today I just finished an on-site interview. I felt it was going well. Nothing was wrong.
Last interviwer is the hiring manager (white person) did not ask me any Qs, just asked to ask him questions. He did not mentioned any compensation to me and just told me they would made decision in a few weeks.
BTW, they have 4 openning and are interviewing multiple candidates.

Based on your opinion, I will not have any hope to get offer. Is it right?
