今天面试被问的问题

我有tech support的经验，到一家公司面试一个junior level QA。
hiring manager 问我如何保证 0 bugs，如何determine computer system 没有 bugs。
我对他说，我保证不了，也确定不了，but I will make sure that the system has fewer bugs than before if I come on board.
