Another question was asked in today's interview

"How do you resolve accounting issues with non accounting people in your organization?"

I have done 8 interviews in 3 months, except one was declined by me due to unfavorable condition, all others were failed. Is it too many competitions in the job market? Otherwise, truly doubt my interview skills although I felt pretty good after each interview.

Is it normal? Should I have to memorize the interview questions since now?
