On Jan 19, I got an on-site interview, meeting 2 bosses in the future. The little boss worked for this company only for 4 months, the big boss worked for 6 years. The little boss said I had no much experience of the job, but I felt the big boss was some kind of interested on me, since she worked the same industry as me before. But the big boss said they were still in the earlier process of the interview and they had some urgent deadline to meet in 1 week, she let me wait 2 weeks and gave me her name card and let me contact her in the future.
This is a very good company and I like the job too, they have 3 openning that I can do, the HR let me choose one. Now all of them still are open. I emailed the 2 bosses the thank you letter and follow up letter twice, but no response yet.
Anyone can help me to explain the chance I can get the job?
Please help explain my on-site interview
