my two cents: since I am not a accountant.

if it is first round interview, probabaly you would have a interview with HR recruiter about some basic information such as recent working expereince, why you want to leave, eduction,and salary expectation and so on.

if it is second with hiring manager, perhaps you want to understand deeply about required responsibilities and how your experience relates to the requirements.
