Good point.
Lat time when I went for onsite. I had very good performance with first interviewer (Mr. A). He is kind of like me.
But the second interviewer (Mr. B) totally messed me up. He is a Chinese guy. The Mr. A told me this was the Mr. B's first time to interview other, so Mr.A would like to stay with us for monitor the whole process. Mr. B prepared a lot hard questions for me. He kept asking me even Mr. A tried to stop him. Some of the questions were very hard. If you've never touched the problems before, you need a long time to get the solution. I don't understand Mr.B's intention.
My concern is if my next show & tell is with Mr. B, I still have no chance.
