How did you work with difficult people?

-- I fully understood that be able do work with different people is very important no matetr what kind of work we do;
-- Tell you the truth I respect every people as a individual person, namely, I respect you as you, regardless what position you are in the company. I respect you if you are a CEO, I also respect you if you are a janitor. In this way I gain respect from other people, from my manager and from my team members;
-- I fully understood teamwork is very important;
-- If people like me, I fell I am lucky, I will be happy with the people who likes me, just like you do;
-- If some people don't like me, that's OK, I will still treat them as I treat other team member, with respect. However, I will put more communication, be sure those people understand what I am doing.
-- As a professional, I have do to my manager asks me to do, regardless how the other peoples are, I will make the job done.
