请教：想跳槽， 怎么跟面试的人说为什么离开原来公司呢？

请教：我想跳槽去相关领域的其他单位，可要是新的单位面试的时候，我应该怎么跟人家说为什么离开原来的单位呢？说想寻求新的发展行吗？原来的工作很boring, 想换个有点挑战，而且喜欢的工作。
还有，如果是跳槽走的，前任老板的推荐信怎么办呢？因为在确认走之前，我不想让老板知道。
