phone interview后HR电话问salary可否少点, Offer没问题了吗?

phone interview前,HR电话问想要多少salary,我说120,000.
phone interview后，HR电话问可否比120,000少，我说不能少于110,000, 她说下星期来onsite interview吧，还说给我phone interview的manager告诉她"not any concerns about you".还说下周一给我email要带的东西的list.
这种情况是说明没问题了？我找工作的经验很少。
