面试的衣着

问题请教:

一定要穿西服吗? 天很热是一个原因, 很少有机会穿, 穿在身上总感觉不自在也是一个原因.

白村衫(不太喜欢)+黑酷子+黑皮鞋(当然了)+白,黑袜(不确定) -----合适吗?
