面试问题：如果工作中不同意老板的想法怎么办？

我在工作中得出的经验：

大多数时间，按老板的要求办。因为争论解释往往比WORK OUT结果花时间。如果必要，也SHOW一下按自己想法的结果。因为很多事做了才知道对错。

如果有绝对把握觉得老板错了，而且可能一时不能有结果出来支持自己的看法，就一定要跟老板协商。看是不是可以考虑改方案。

这个很重要。你得给老板干事，不是给你自己干事。老板的错误想法可能是老板的老板传下来的。老板是明白，但你得给出结果让老板给老板的老板交差。

你也不能一味盲从，公司雇你，是看你有公司需要的经验和能力。你一味OK，雇你干吗？

我后来面试别人，都要问这个问题的，没多少人答好。

好笑的事， 后来别人也曾经用这个问题面试我。

可能计算机工作服从更重要。 不知道这问题有标准答案没。
