这么多insurance, 应该买哪个啊？

刚买了第一个投资房， 是SFH.贷方要求买保险。 结果一考古，翻出来很多种insurance. Landlord insurance, umbrella insurance, hazard insurance....
应该买哪个并且怎么买能便宜点？
