出租房被车撞了，肇事着无保险

租客的一个亲戚来访，临走时发动汽车，不小心搞错了刹车和油门，汽车冲到房子上，撞坏了外墙，车库门框，室外水龙头，main valve, 和一些水管。损失估计2000刀。

租客倒是提供了driver 的 insurance. 可 insurance 却因missed payment 已无效.

Landlord insurance deductible 2500 刀。用不上。

真他妈的天有不测风云，人有旦夕祸福。
