which insurance company do you use for TX rental?

Hello,

I have a rental in Dallas area. The insurance company we used is American risk insurance company. This year the insurance has increased a lot. if you just look at the bill, the total premium is about the same. But when you look into the detail, you will see the deductable increased from 1% to 2% and the personal libility was removed(we had $300,000 coverage before).

I called the agent about this. She said it is because American risk insurance company wants to move out of TX market so they are reducing the coverage.

Looks like it is time to shop for another insurance company. Any recommendation do you have? Thanks in advance!
