出租房是否需要提供灭火器? 还有关于出租屋保险的问题要请教

刚签了租约. 我们需要提供灭火器吗? (房客没有提要求).  各位地主大侠一般提供吗? 提供以后需要在walk through list 写出来吗?

还有, 买rental liability insurance, 确定保险金额时, 要考虑什么? 我们的出租房是个condo.
