Madam Kwok,

I am not an insurance agent, but let me try to explain. Your insurance company says, your previous paid premiums cumulatively exceeded the limit set by IRS for the type of benefits you are going to receive. I think they got themselves into trouble for compliance reasons. They are trying to correct themselves. It is a good thing for you.
