请问在Florida的出租房用哪家的房屋保险好？

我们打算在West Palm Beach买一个3-bedroom， 2-bathroom的single family house作为出租房。上星期银行批准了我们的offer，现在正在找home inspector和房屋保险。想问问有没有人可以推荐一个好的保险代理？

还有是找保险中介好呢，还是直接和保险公司的代理联系好？

另外在找home inspector的过程中，我们还听说windstorm mitigation report可以在房屋保险费上有折扣，不知道大家有没有这方面的经历。
