一般来说，佛州，如果想靠水，在salt water与fresh water之间选，选salt water

当然，也有人喜欢临"湖"的房子

佛州的“湖”，有的是湖，有的是pond，这个要分清，哈哈. 多次看到有跟帖把佛州帖子后院的pond叫湖的, 我都飘过～～...

佛州的湖，不像其他州的湖. 其他州的湖，很多可以使用power boat ，后院可以有自己的码头

Btw, 水边房子，自家有码头的，可以行驶机动船的，比水边房子没有码头的，一般来说更有增值性
