Does not matter big companies or small companies - EACH PLAN's doctors/hospitals/labs/urgent care centers, etc etc, would NOT be the same even the plans are offered by the Same Insurance Companies.
The doctors / facilities available in the commercial plans, often do NOT match with those available through O8 plans.
On the other hand, about 80 to 90% of them would be available thru Mecicare and Medicaid.
You NEED to check providers for EACH plan, especially O8 plan. Cannot assume!
