涨租难 空置上升 房价走平 维修花费大增 地税暴涨 保险费上浮

作为新地主，感到年景和老地主十年前大不相同。今年现金流不增反减。

天天幻想能买彩票得奖，全款买个apartment。

偏偏州里禁止彩票销售。
