保险公司能付钱给我吗？厨房失火，保险公司推荐的装修公司给了估价被批准了

原先保险公司估价只有$4500。保险公司推荐了一个装修公司，估价一万多。我可以拿了钱找个便宜点的做吗？

现在保险公司已经换了，当然是原保险公司在理赔。
