出租房冰箱引起火灾，保险会管吗?

火不严重。但是冰箱坏掉了。

租客有自己的renters insurance，但是冰箱是房子带的，不知道renters 保险会不会管。

我们自己也买了这个出租房子的保险；如果renters insurance不管，不知道我们买的这个会不会管。
